“And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify Me.” - Psalms 50:15

God sent His prophet Isaiah to king Hezekiah to tell him that his days were over and he should get his house in order. These were the days of trouble for king Hezekiah.

The king could have just given up and accepted the circumstances, but the king turned his face to the wall which speaks of turning himself away and setting himself apart. The king made his prayer known to God and the Bible says that God heard his prayer and saw his weeping.

Before the prophet Isaiah left the middle court, God commanded him to turn back because God changed His mind. This was a result of the prayers of king Hezekiah.
This means that our prayer has the ability to make God change his mind about our situation. While you are still in your days of trouble, turn your face to the wall, set yourself apart and make your prayers known to God, and see Him move on your behalf.
