“And Abel also brought an offering—fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering...” - Genesis 4:4 (NIV)

Like with anything, you need to learn the secrets of what makes something work.

For your wife to fall in love with you, you had to first practice the art of wooing her – flowers, dinner dates, soft-spoken words, and making sure she felt secure around you.

For you to receive a promotion at work, you need to be reliable, punctual, and one who brings solutions to your employer. As I always say, when we find something that works, we need to work the daylights out of it. For me, personally, this includes principles that surround finances.

There are many keys that I’ve applied throughout my ministry which caused me to be successful – serving men and women of God, fasting, praying, living a life of sacrifice, etc. But, as necessary as all of these disciplines are, I began to walk in divine uncommon favour from the day I began to sow seeds of honour into men of God’s lives.

As we see in today’s verse, it was Abel’s offering that caused God to look upon him with favour. What offering have you brought to God to cause Him to look upon you with favour?

Prophetic Declaration

As this revelation sinks into my spirit, I declare that the seeds I sow shall attract favour to my life. I command windows of opportunity to fling open before me, for prosperity to follow me, and for success to be my portion – in Jesus Name.
