An Insatiable Appetite
“Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them.” Acts 19:11-12 (NKJV)
As an heir of a supernatural God - one who carries His DNA - you better believe that you carry the ability to exercise the supernatural. You were fashioned to demonstrate His Kingdom with the evidence of signs and wonders! It’s your inheritance.
If today’s verse doesn’t awaken an insatiable appetite within you to be used by God, then I don’t know what will. Throughout scripture, we see examples of the extraordinary being demonstrated. The hem of Jesus’ garment carried enough power to heal a woman who had been bleeding for 12 years. Peter’s shadow healed the sick! A dead man was thrown into a grave, and as His body touched the dead bones of Elisha, he was immediately resurrected. Paul used pieces of cloth to heal the sick and cast out devils.
If you are saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, how much more are you capable of than a piece of cloth and a pile of dead bones? Surely you carry more power? The God we serve is One who knows no limits, but He needs vessels to work through.
The anointing is a tangible, transferrable substance. He holds the power, but we’re the conduit for that power to be demonstrated on the Earth. Begin to trust God to use you to touch those around you.
Prophetic Declaration
I am a conduit for the power of God. As I walk in my inheritance, I shall manifest the extraordinary! I declare and decree that lives around me shall be touched, changed and utterly transformed, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
